Terms of Service

By accessing or using wazwiq.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and resell marketplace participants.

Limited editions: Each WazWiq design is limited to 77 total shirts across all sizes, colors, and shirt types. This limit is final and permanent.

Edition number assignment: Edition numbers (01/77 through 77/77) are assigned in the order purchases are received and confirmed. We do not guarantee a specific edition number. Numbers are assigned after payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

No reprints: WazWiq commits to never reprinting a retired design. Once a design reaches 77/77, it is permanently retired.

Pricing: All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

Because each shirt is printed on demand and individually numbered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue at [email protected].

Community bulletin board: The WazWiq resell marketplace is a community bulletin board. WazWiq does not verify listings, authenticate shirts, handle payments, or mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

Seller responsibility: By submitting a listing, you confirm that the shirt is a genuine WazWiq numbered edition and that all listing details are accurate. You are solely responsible for the transaction, including payment, shipping, and any disputes.

Buyer responsibility: Buyers transact directly with sellers at their own risk. WazWiq is not a party to resell transactions and accepts no liability for them.

Listing removal: WazWiq reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or inaccurate information.

All WazWiq designs, graphics, logos, and site content are the property of WazWiq and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

Purchasing a shirt grants you a personal, non-commercial license to wear and display the design. It does not grant you rights to reproduce or commercialize the artwork.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent resell listings
• Attempt to manipulate edition number assignment
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Site
• Impersonate WazWiq or other users
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WazWiq's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

WazWiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
