We make shirts.
Only 77.
WazWiq is a limited-edition graphic T-shirt brand. Every design is original. Every run is capped at 77 shirts total. Every shirt is individually numbered. When they're gone, they're gone — permanently.
"Limited edition" should actually mean limited.
Most "limited edition" products aren't limited at all. They restock when demand is high. They add new colorways. They do "encore drops." The limit is a marketing tactic, not a real constraint.
We wanted to build something where the scarcity was genuine — where owning shirt 07/77 actually meant something because there were only 76 other people in the world with that design.
So we picked a number — 77 — and committed to it. No reprints. No exceptions. The counter on each drop page is live. When it hits 77, the design retires.
The rules we don't break.
77. That's the number.
Not 77 per size. Not 77 per colorway. 77 total shirts per design. It's a real constraint, not a marketing line. When the counter hits 77, the design is retired — no exceptions, no reprints, no "popular demand" restocks.
Original graphics only.
Every WazWiq design is created in-house. No licensed art, no stock graphics, no trend-chasing. If we wouldn't wear it ourselves, it doesn't drop.
Your number is yours.
Edition numbers are assigned in purchase order — 01/77 goes to the first buyer, 77/77 to the last. The number is printed on the shirt. It's part of the design, not a label.
No reprints. Ever.
We've committed publicly to never reprinting a retired design. That commitment is what makes the collectible angle real. Break it once and the whole thing falls apart.
Designed to be worn.
These are T-shirts, not display pieces. We use quality blanks and print methods built to last. Collect them, wear them, both.
How we got here.
The idea.
Frustrated by "limited edition" products that weren't actually limited, we sketched out a model where the limit was real, verifiable, and permanent.
Drop 001 launches.
Beer & Bacon. 77 shirts. Sold out in 11 days. The numbered edition mark on the shirt was an experiment — turns out people loved knowing their number.
Drop 002 & 003.
Cold Beer Summer and Hot Yoga Alien followed. The community started forming — people comparing edition numbers, trading on the resell marketplace.
The resell marketplace.
We built a community marketplace for retired drops. Collectors listing their shirts. Buyers finding editions they missed. Peer-to-peer, no WazWiq cut.
More drops incoming.
